This is a great point! Here at the Music Biz Tumblr, we love posting submissions and fostering the community of music business professionals. But we reserve the right to make adjustments if we feel it may emphasize your point more. For example, we might correct grammar or shorten a long submission so it’s straight to the point. If a gif doesn’t really fit the caption, we’ll adjust it. But we always state the change by writing “Submission idea” instead of “Submission.” A submission idea is the caption, not the gif.
